Passport, minimum 18 months validity, 4+ blank pages
Passport-size photos (white background, 35×45 mm), 6 copies
National ID (NID) card copy & birth certificate
Medical FIT report from an approved panel centre
Calling visa / eVDR approval (arranged via employer through FWCMS)
Employment contract (signed) & offer/demand letter
BMET registration, PDOT certificate & emigration clearance (smart card)
Police Clearance Certificate (as required by job order)
COVID/vaccination records if the airline or employer requires

Skilled roles: trade/skill certificates and experience letters strengthen the file and can raise the offered salary.

Passport, minimum 12 months validity beyond travel date
Passport-size photos (white background), 6 copies
NID card copy & birth certificate
Wafid (GAMCA) medical FIT slip & report
Visa number & ID (issued against employer's block/individual visa)
Musaned employment contract (for applicable categories)
MOFA enumber & embassy application forms
Fingerprint (biometric) enrolment confirmation
Police Clearance Certificate
BMET registration, PDOT certificate & smart card clearance

Note: Saudi files move on the medical's validity window, book your Wafid medical only when the visa side is ready. Our system tracks both dates automatically.

Entry permit / employment visa copy from the UAE sponsor
Attested educational/skill certificates (for skilled categories)
Medical fitness report (approved centre)
Emirates ID biometrics after arrival (employer side)
BMET clearance & PDOT certificate
