Visit our Paltan office (or start by phone/WhatsApp). We open your candidate file with your passport copy, photo, contact details and preferred trade/destination. You receive a written cost estimate for the specific job order.
We match you against verified demand letters, employer, salary, hours, accommodation all checked. For skilled trades, a practical test or video interview may be arranged by the employer.
GCC-standard medical through the Gulf Health Council (Wafid/GAMCA) system for Gulf destinations, or the approved panel for Malaysia. Your file moves forward only with a FIT report, and we track its validity date so it never silently expires.
Your visa number, ID and supporting papers are prepared. For Saudi Arabia this includes the Musaned contract and MOFA enumber; for Malaysia, the FWCMS approval and calling visa (eVDR).
Fingerprint enrolment at the designated centre, plus your Police Clearance Certificate. We schedule these together where possible to save you trips to Dhaka.
Your passport goes to the embassy/VFS with the complete dossier. We monitor the queue daily and update you the moment stamping is complete.
Registration in the Wage Earners' Welfare Fund, the mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT), and your BMET emigration clearance smart card, the legal permission to work abroad.
