To process overseas employment, visas, tickets and medicals we collect: identity data (name, NID, birth certificate, passport details and scans), contact data (phone, WhatsApp/imo, email, address), processing data (medical FIT results, visa and MOFA numbers, fingerprints confirmations, BMET registration, flight details), and payment records (amounts, dates, receipts). Website contact forms collect only what you type into them.
Solely to deliver the service you asked for: matching you to job orders, booking medicals, applying for visas, obtaining BMET clearance, issuing tickets, and keeping you and your family informed. We also keep records required by Bangladeshi law and our license conditions (RL-3021).
Only the parties the legal process requires: the prospective employer and their agency, medical centres (Gulf Health Council/Wafid system or Malaysia panel), government systems (BMET, embassies, MOFA/Musaned, FWCMS), and airlines for ticketing. We never sell personal data, and we never share it for marketing.
Active files: for the duration of processing and deployment support. Closed files: as long as license and tax rules require, after which records are securely disposed of. You may request a copy of your own file at any time.
You can ask what we hold about you, correct errors, get your originals back (with signed handover), and withdraw from processing at any point, settlement of spent government fees per your written agreement. Requests: in person, by phone or email.
Physical documents are stored in locked cabinets at our office; digital records live in our access-controlled internal system with per-user logins. Staff access is limited to what their role requires.
acompanyint.com does not use advertising trackers. Embedded services (Google Maps, Google Fonts) may set their own technical cookies per their policies. Contact forms open your own email app, nothing is stored on the site itself.
